How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Ready-To-Wear items are usually shipped the next working day from the day you complete your order.

Most Made-To-Order and Custom Orders from NNAMDI are usually complete and shipped within 2 weeks.

We use a next day delivery service for all orders.

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. These orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, this may cause additional delays.

Once an order leaves our workshop, we will send you the shipping information and our courier would usually contact you regarding final delivery. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

WHAT ARE "CONFLICT FREE" DIAMONDS?

The Kimberley Process defines "conflict-free" diamonds as those not linked to funding civil wars. Nevertheless, numerous diamonds labeled "conflict-free" may still be associated with distressing issues such as torture, sexual assault, violence, and worker exploitation. Challenges like child labor, forced labor, meager wages, hazardous working conditions, corruption, and environmental harm do not disqualify a diamond from receiving a "conflict-free" designation. Nnamdi surpasses prevailing industry norms by providing genuinely conflict-free diamonds with documented origins. Our exclusive diamond suppliers adhere to stringent chain of custody procedures, enabling them to trace and separate diamonds based on their source. These suppliers are obligated to procure diamonds from specific mine operators who comply with internationally recognized labour, trade, and environmental standards. We also offer lab-grown and recycled diamonds as responsible alternatives. While many retailers vaguely claim their diamonds are ethically sourced, not many invest the effort to comprehend their supply chains the way Nnamdi does.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Nnamdi accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
